Our Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to understand how head injuries may be affecting cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities. These evaluations are designed for individuals recovering from sports-related concussions, accidents, falls, or other injuries that may impact brain function. We assess key areas such as attention, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, language, and emotional regulation, along with symptoms commonly associated with concussion and TBI, including headaches, fatigue, sleep disruption, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.
Using evidence-based testing and clinical interpretation, we help clarify the nature and extent of cognitive changes following injury and distinguish between temporary post-concussive symptoms and more persistent neurocognitive effects. Our evaluations provide clear diagnostic insight and individualized recommendations for treatment, school or work accommodations, return-to-play or return-to-work decisions, and ongoing rehabilitation planning. The goal is to support safe recovery, guide appropriate levels of activity, and help individuals regain optimal functioning in daily life, academics, and occupational settings.
