Twice-Exceptional, Asynchronous Learners, and Gifted & Talented Evaluations
Our Twice-Exceptional (2e), Asynchronous Learners, and Gifted & Talented evaluations provide a comprehensive assessment of advanced cognitive abilities alongside potential learning, attention, or emotional differences. These evaluations are designed for children and adolescents who demonstrate high intellectual or academic potential but may also experience challenges such as ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, autism spectrum traits, or uneven skill development. Using standardized, evidence-based testing, we assess intellectual functioning, academic achievement, executive functioning, processing speed, memory, attention, and socio-emotional development to build a clear picture of each individual’s unique cognitive profile.
These evaluations are especially helpful in identifying asynchronous development, where strengths in certain areas may coexist with significant challenges in others. Our goal is to provide accurate identification, appropriate academic placement, and tailored support or enrichment recommendations. Results may support gifted program qualification, acceleration decisions, IEP or 504 planning, and targeted accommodations. We provide clear, strengths-based guidance to help individuals better understand their abilities, address areas of need, and fully develop their academic, social, and emotional potential.
