Our FAA-mandated neuropsychological evaluations provide comprehensive cognitive and psychological assessments for pilots and individuals seeking to obtain or maintain aviation medical certification. These evaluations are designed for those who have been referred by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or Aviation Medical Examiners (AMEs) due to medical history, cognitive concerns, mental health diagnoses, medication use, or other factors that may impact flight safety and certification eligibility. We are able to provide Fast Track evaluations, as well as Tier 2 evaluations for Air Traffic Controllers, and are HIMS approved providers.

Using standardized, evidence-based testing and FAA-aligned clinical guidelines, we assess cognitive domains such as attention, memory, executive functioning, processing speed, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. We also evaluate psychological functioning, including mood, anxiety, impulse control, and stress tolerance, as these factors relate to safe and effective pilot performance. Our approach is structured to meet regulatory requirements while providing a clear and thorough understanding of cognitive and emotional fitness for duty.
