Adult ADHD and Executive Function Training
Midwest Minds offers ADHD and executive function training for adults. The Mastering Your Adult ADHD is a "Treatments That Work" manualized program for adults with ADHD with a therapist guide and client workbook. It has three main modules:
- Psychoeducation and Introduction to Organization and Planning
- Reducing Distractibility
- Adaptive Thinking
We provide guidance for adults struggling with skills such as attention, impulse control, working memory, language, and starting/completing tasks. This training is meant to help adults succeed in their work and daily life.
